How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days from our Oxford boutique. Delivery times then depend on your shipping choice:

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can only modify shipping addresses if the order hasn’t yet been processed (within 24 hours of ordering). Please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and correct details. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute packages.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition. This gives you time to ensure your new lingerie or swimwear fits as beautifully as it looks.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?

We recommend ordering multiple sizes initially if you’re unsure, especially for our balconette or half cup bras which fit differently.
