Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers, French knickers, and multipack underwear. These items are final sale to ensure the highest standards for all our customers.

Easy Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package your return including:

  • All original items with tags
  • Original packing slip or invoice
  • Reason for return note

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our balconette bras or Brazilian swimwear:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement size
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item or one with manufacturing defects (like our signature lace detailing coming undone), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
