Returns Policy Details

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Hygiene Notice: For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on knickers, French knickers, and multipack underwear. These items are final sale.
