Our sizing charts are provided as a guide for our full figure, plus size, and posture corrector collections. We recommend reviewing these carefully before ordering, as fit preferences can be personal.

3.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers, French knickers, and multipack underwear. These items are final sale.

2. We hand-pack your items within 1-2 business days
3. You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (exclusions apply – see section 3.3). To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

6.2 Returns Process

Follow our 3-step process:

3. Ship to our Oxford address (provided upon approval)

6.3 Refunds

Refunds:

• Are issued to your original payment method
• Process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Exclude original shipping costs (except for defective items)
